A process of semi home-made elaboration and the use of natural raw materials allow us to present a product with some physical, sensory and organoleptic characteristics totally differentiated from other present products on the market:
Natural product. We bet for the use of natural raw materials and of quality and we reject the use of raw materials manipulated genetically as well as the use of additives, flavourings and artificial preservatives.
Presentation. Original wavy form and different from other crackers.
Texture and crunchy sensation. This is translated in a very agreeable sensation when the product is chewed.
Resistance to the absorption of the dampness. The process of elaboration and its composition assure a high resistance to the absorption of the dampness, aspect to stand out for the elaboration of canapes.
Its neutral flavour. Instead of taking butter or olive oil the flavour of these does not predominate, which facilitates the mixture with the sweet or the salty, and simultaneously they have a delicious taste if they are tasted alone.
Facility of use. Its form and resistance to break facilitate its use at the moment of doing tapas or canapes.
Its digestibility. The sea biscuits are crunchy and very digestible, thanks to the form and products with which they are elaborated, easily assimilable for the gastric fluids, therefore, they are very advisable for the consumption in children, old people or people with problems of stomach acidity.
Long duration. The process of elaboration and its composition allow to guarantee a useful life of the product of more than 7 months, time during which all its flavour and texture is preserved.
